產(chǎn)品簡介:

   本產(chǎn)品包含一種已知分子量的標準蛋白質(zhì),分子量大小為43 kD,可以用來判斷 SDS-PAGE未知蛋白的分子量。43 kD單條蛋白以干粉狀態(tài)提供。

以每次上樣10 μl(2 μg)計算,本產(chǎn)品可以使用約500次。

使用說明:

1. 配制1 mg/ml 43 kD蛋白Marker母液:

粉末管中中直接加入1ml超純水,此溶液-20℃貯存。

2. 按照下表配制Marker溶液

注:由于蛋白上樣緩沖液中DTT含量會隨貯存時間延長而降低,可以選擇補加DTT。

3. 使用方法:

3.1  取配制好的溶液徹底混勻后,95處理5分鐘立即上樣電泳,每次上樣10 μl。

3.2  電泳結(jié)束后,染色,觀察結(jié)果。
